This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon the execution of signatures by both parties. It shall remain in effect unless modified or revoked in writing as outlined in this Agreement.
RESERVATION
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $360.00 USD ("Reservation Deposit") is required to secure participation in the Retreat. This deposit is confirmed upon receipt of this document and payment.
All payments under this Agreement must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via Zelle, EFT bank transfer, or a third-party invoicing and financial exchange platform by credit card.
The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the Retreat, as outlined in Paragraph 6. By signing below, the Participant acknowledges they have either paid the Reservation Deposit or another portion of the Retreat cost and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to the refund policies.
